02 Payment information

Payment method for purchase through this website There are 4 types of payment; deposit without bankbook, deposit into virtual account, deposit through account transfer and credit card payment. Please select the payment method you prefer at the payment stage and use the method.

When depositing without a bankbook, customers can remit directly through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking,
or a nearby bank. The deposit account is Nonghyup Bank No. 000-000000-000 with Haechomiin as account holder.

The name of the person entered as the payer at the time of the order and the name of the actual depositor must match. Payment shall be made within 7 days. Orders that remain unpaid within the period will be automatically canceled.

03 Delivery information

Once customer’s payment is confirmed, the ordered product will be shipped. However, in case it is subject to slight delivery delay depending on the type of product, status of stock or production, we will contact you in advance. So we ask for your understanding. For orders placed before 3 pm, product will be shipped on the same day. (Excluding Fridays/Weekends/Holidays). For orders placed after that time, the product will be shipped on the next business day.

04 Information on replacement/return/refund/omission/misdelivery/damage

Replacement/return
01. Order cannot be cancelled after shipment.
02. Refunds/replacement are not provided after packing has been opened or just by the reason of
customer’s change in personal taste. 03. For any other matters, contact our customer center at 1588-0688 for immediate assistance.

Product omission/misdelivery/damage
01. If a problem occurs, please contact the customer center immediately.
02. If a customer’s request for refund/replacement is not supported by a proper reason, the process may not proceed smoothly.
